At Doodlebugs, every order is carefully packed with love from North Carolina. We know you're excited to receive your little adventure, and we work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During new collection launches or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If that happens, we'll always keep you updated.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
🌼 Local Delivery
We also offer free local delivery for customers in and around Burlington, North Carolina.
If your address qualifies, the local delivery option will appear during checkout.
We love being able to personally deliver Doodlebugs to families in our local community!
(If you deliver within a certain number of miles or specific ZIP codes, we can add that too.)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll gladly help you work with the shipping carrier to locate your order.
