Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to notify us you are sending us return. All sale items are final.

You may request a return label, but please know that the shipping cost will be deducted when your refund is issued. You may also chose to ship back a return using your own shipping method. Please email us at ashley@doodlebugsnc.com for the return address.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

To start a return, please contact us at ashley@doodlebugsnc.com to let us know you will be shipping back an item so we know to be on the lookout for it.
